- Cut heavily-edited email drafts ~40%→20% by architecting a Temporal-based self-improving semantic memory system that grounded our drafting agent in each user's context (contacts, projects, style), refined by a generator–judge loop over draft-vs-sent diffs.
- Led cost reduction initiative that decreased average agent cost by 95%, saving the business almost $300k per month on Anthropic spend.
- Helped optimize our CI/CD pipeline reducing flakey runs by 50% and decreasing the average time of pr jobs by ~5 minutes.
- Supported recruitment efforts by conducting 25+ technical interviews, which directly lead to 2 successful hires, and by serving as an "onboarding buddy" for several new hires.
